Surfboard Tie Downs 3.45 Metres Surfboard Tie Down Straps Great for roof top carrying of any 'normal' light load, such as: surfboards (obviously) skis snow skis and snow boards fishing rods, and ladders, in fact any load, as long as it's not excessively heavy OR  for securing loads on trailers.  Features: These are two (2 - ie one pair) standard black polester webbing tie downs, so if you have ever used them you'll know that they are dead simple to operate. Long length - 3.45 metres long x 2.5cm wide (1inch) Plastic easy-release buckles No metal parts to rust or cause paint chips to your car's roof Very affordable Notes and Cautions Ensure load is well balanced and that it does not exceed load limits for your carry rack. Do NOT rely on tie down buckles alone.  Always tie knots after tensioning load, to reduce risk of load becoming insecure.   We recommend checking your load is secure before travel and when you stop during lengthy trips. Do not overload and use ONLY for tie-ing down - do not use to lift. Regularly check for nicks, abrasions, small tears and other signs of wear in webbing and buckles. Replace immediately - do not use tie downs if wear is apparent.
